About The Company
Nestled in the beautiful mediaeval town of Stirling, Annfield House is an attractive, purpose-built care home offering nursing care.
With lovely views across Annfield Gardens, this cosy home offers Residents the choice of three sitting rooms and three dining areas in which to relax or catch up with family and friends. The garden is tended by some of the Residents and is a favourite spot. All bright, comfortable bedrooms and living areas are easily accessible by wheelchair.
The homes caring team create a family atmosphere, encouraging everyone to eat, celebrate and plan special occasions together. Residents are invited to decorate their rooms with small items of their own furniture and treasured belongings so that it feels just like home. Daily life is thoughtfully designed to support mind, body and soul.
For you, that will mean overseeing the care of every one of the residents in your area of the care home. Youll even run the whole home when the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager are absent. And, whether youre following up on any resident visits related to ill health, administering prescribed medicines or keeping records to meet statutory legal requirements, youll always have resident wellbeing in mind above anything else.
Were looking for a Registered Nurse with valid Pin number and, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice and a background in person centred care planning within a care home. Beyond that, its all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. Youll be a great leader and mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, youll be truly considerate and kind.
Well, after all, its just in your nature.
