Senior SCCM Administrator

This role will report in to the Senior IT Manager and be responsible for providing timely and effective 2nd Line support services to a selection of assigned desktop projects in a networked environment. The successful candidate will provide overall support services to a variety of different offices, staff and work on projects and issues that 1st Line support are unable to resolve.
The successful candidate will have previous experience gained form similar position, have the ability to undertake the below responsibilities and have good communication skills.
·Troubleshooting of complex incidents or those that simply need desk side assistance
·To create and update in-house documentation for the IT service desk and Infrastructure team
·Providing solid advice and guidance to influence processes / outcomes where appropriate
·Manage user experience support across mobile devices, desktops, and laptops
·Knowledge of SCCM Server upgrades, setting up remote SCCM Distribution points and be able to manage service point to provide policy and download content
·Demonstrate technical knowledge through providing operational support in company focused on Microsoft Technologies
·Operational responsibilities include remediation of system issues, system compliance responsibilities, system run enhancement testing and staging.
·Installs, tests, tunes, maintains, designs and documents supporting systems, utility programs, monitoring tools
·Recommend and implement modifications to the environment, including troubleshooting and replacement of faulty system hardware/software
·Provides level 3 support by troubleshooting systems and host environments
·Excellent level of technical awareness with PCs, Macs, Laptops and remote working
·Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows, 7, 8, 10 and Mac OSX
·Excellent working knowledge of the following within SCCM 2016
·OSD Creation and delivery via SCCM 2016
·HW Driver import and troubleshooting and User state Migration
·UDI splash screen building
·Scripting - particularly Power Shell
·MS Security patching WSUS. Experience in building MSIs using automated tools. Windows Automated installation kit (WAIK) tools. Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP)
·Windows 7,8 and 10 Deployment experience
·Security patch management with SCCM 2016
·Excellent working knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office suit - Office 2016 and/or Office 365
