The Director of Marketing Operations is the glue that holds together the many cross functional marketing and digital product initiatives at west elm, culminating in effective and organized marketing campaigns and digital product initiatives. As the central manager of the department-wide initiatives calendar and priorities, the Director of Marketing Operations is the go-to point of contact for a myriad of critical activities, helping to lead working group meetings, manage the team's project plan, prepare agendas, manage follow ups and create presentations for review with senior leadership. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Maintain a company-wide editorial, production, digital product and marketing calendars, organizing and prioritizing projects ensuring on time completion, organized and efficient information flow between groups, clear agendas and next steps. * Manage processes and protocols to support active project and program management. * Provide weekly/monthly comprehensive status reports, project updates, and communication with project team, and leadership on a regular basis. * Support team members in collaborating with stakeholders across other enterprise-wide projects to identify interdependencies and find operational efficiencies. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: * 8+ years of diversified project management; experience with strategic planning, project planning and implementation, is highly preferred. * Experience must include managing large scale, global projects and overseeing organizational design and change transformation implementation at a large-scale organization. * Very strong organization skills. * Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders; solution oriented.
