They have a fully staffed sales and operations team and a robust doemstic and international accounts. They have a fully staffed sales and operations team and a robust doemstic and international accounts. They wish to further strengthen and expand their business through revamping their national sales strategy and various business acitivites. Job Description * Understand the sales territories and understand its strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities. Work by developing strategies with the Marketing team and the VP of Ops on how to make each region successful * Develop monthly and yearly sales goals with the executive team, and create strategy on how to achieve the goal * Lead, train and motivate sales team: to ensure communication of correct and consistent brand messaging to all accounts * Set goals for each individual sales rep with not only sales goals, but strategy (ex: on what accounts to focus on, on how many leads needed that month to make quota etc) * Work cross functionally with the customer service team to lead and manage the process of receiving a lead and closing a deal. * Lead Sales Team meetings and help facilitate training seminars and workshops with the Education Director * Develop relationships with a portfolio of key clients and work to expand relationships by understanding their needs * Work cross functionally with the operations team to prepare projected forecasts to plan ahead * Understand the competition and accounts' needs to be able to deliver successful strategies with the internal team * Work with Marketing on promotional activities and any other vehicle needed to make the sales team successful The Successful Applicant * 7+ years of relevant sales management experience in B2B beauty industry (Hair care, Skin care, cosmetics, personal care, cosmeceutical or pharmaceutical industry) * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff and executive management * Innovative and collaborative approach to problem solving to achieve business results. Can also think outside the box\ * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills * Strong project management and leadership skills * Power user of NetSuite or power BI, salesforce, or other revenue tracking system * Strong analytical skills; demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision making * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment * Is comfortable and confident with decision-making NOTE: This is a office based position, NOT open to remote-work.
