Unmatched expertise and comprehensive solutions to simplify the lives of tax and accounting professionals 1.Translate business needs into holistic digital strategy by segment and sub-segment that will increase growth and lower costs 2.Collaborate with segment stakeholders to execute on their digital strategies and measure results Accountabilities: 1.Develop global digital strategies in partnership with segment stakeholders, tech teams, and digital team; leverage internal data, stakeholder input, business priorities and industry best practices 2.Collaborate closely with product management, technology, marketing, and segment digital teams to build, launch, operate and optimize digital solutions 3.Define measurement benchmarks and utilize metrics to be used in driving, defining, and prioritizing project goals and solutions as well as measuring the ongoing success and optimization 4.Define, implement and clearly communicate a robust digital operating model, including governance; align with global company digital strategy 5.Develop and manage project timelines, roadmaps, milestones, business cases and accountabilities 6.Create and manage relationships with key business stakeholders to develop strategy and support build and operate phases in a consulting capacity 7.Manage meetings with senior stakeholders; advise stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success including post-project review sessions for lessons learned and process improvements 8.Facilitate communication and collaboration across the businesses to identify commonalities in strategies and identifying and defining extensible enterprise solutions where applicable 9.Define, refine, and communicate the company-wide digital strategy to stakeholders of all levels Key deliverables: 1.Holistic digital strategy by segment, sub-segment that will drive increased sales 2.Successful new journey, experience, product, feature enhancement initiatives for priority segments 3.Defined KPIs to measure impact of new digital programs and strategies Skills and Experience: 1.10-15 years of experience required, with demonstrated abilities and accomplishments in the online space in ecommerce, digital marketing, and/or technology 2.Strong strategic thinker able to synthesize large amounts of data into digestible, practical strategies & tactics 3.Digital-savvy and informed on innovations, trends and technologies in the digital space; expert understanding of the best approach to implement new strategies that impact outcomes and drive digital transformations 4.Deep experience in creation, execution of online and mobile strategies, and growing/operating online platform 5.Data-driven decision-maker, with strong analytical skills and experience driving the creation of KPIs for senior executives 6.Open-minded individual with flexible, open operating style, and a natural consultative approach that gains the trust and respect of individuals at all levels 7.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; detail orientation and excellent follow-through 8.Strong cross-functional team management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once 9.Ability to present to and influence senior leadership team At Thomson Reuters, we believe what we do matters.
