Be the Change, Lead the Change, See the Change Description Job Summary Under supervision of EHS CEO, the Healthcare Project Manager will assist and support the CEO to integrate and coordinate healthcare services, and the reconciliation of the goals and priorities for a large number of competing programs and activities. The incumbent is responsible for leading multiple projects of various sizes and complexity. Incumbent will meet individual needs to demonstrate project management skills ensuring project scope is aligned with EHS goals and objectives. The incumbent ensures stakeholders expectations are established, managed, and met. The incumbent manages issues and changes to include providing just-in-time consulting and updates to the CEO and EHS leadership staff members. The incumbent in this position will develop and maintain relationships with leadership staff members and other stakeholders to obtain project objectives as well as mentor and train individuals within the organization on established processes, templates, and methodology to drive the delivery of "repeatable" consistent outcomes. Position Requirements Job Requirements: Experience in project management and business development in the healthcare industry. Incumbent need to have experience in understanding and responding to the needs of a transformational organization, to include managing short-term and long term projects and activities to a successful conclusion. Education Requirements: Bachelor's in Health Administration, Business Administration, Project Management or similar background preferred. Project Management (PMP) certification and/or Lean Six Sigma Certification programs strongly preferred. Summary: Duties and Responsibilities Assists the CEO by developing comprehensive project plan including: Scope, Schedule, Budget, Communications, Staffing, Risk and Issue Management, Test, and Change Management. Creates, builds, and updates project schedules, project definition documents, project plans, status reports, and work breakdown structures. Assists the CEO in developing new business opportunities and partnerships, to include managing the processes and tools to support Integration. Manages project work, timeline, resources, costs, and quality within the stated scope. Creates work plans and project activities in accordance with the CEO directives, and provides updates and revisions to work plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Manages projects and plans through the entire life-cycle stages. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders as needed. Meets with external community representatives, business professionals and internal staff members to effectively understand, document, and communicate project delivery expectations. Plans, and delivers projects on time, on budget and within the project scope. Assists in driving project management governance, methods, methodologies, and tool acceptance. Creates RAIDC logs (Risk, Action, Issue, Decision, Changes). Efficiently identify and solve project issues as they arise. Creates and implements project organization and communication plans which enable EHS team to effectively work together to meet project objectives. Communicates accurate and timely status update information to the CEO and Internal and external stakeholders.
