The Vice President Program Management will collaborate with Partner Management peers and cross-functional teams to support key aspects of Partner Management across multiple partners within Citi Retail Services Specialty Partner Groups.. Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance. 6+ years of experience in relationship management, marketing, compliance, finance, product or project management with a preference for partner facing experience. Private label credit or bankcard industry experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team focus. Ability to work independently, with strong follow-through. Solution-oriented mindset ability to identify ways to streamline, standardize, and improve processes.
