Assistant Vice President, Operations Training & Knowledge Management in Las Vegas, NV at Credit One Bank Credit One Bank is looking for an Assistant Vice President of Operations Trainingand Knowledge Management to support the overall growth of the organization. This position will be primarily responsible for managing our call center operation's training programs: identifying training needs, developing and delivering operations training, managing training systems, evaluating training impacts, and partnering with business leaders to ensure clear and accurate policies that drive positive customer outcomes. Summary Essential Job Functions Responsible for establishing a process of continual improvement in policies and training to identify and mitigate operational risk and drive customer satisfaction Build and lead a team of professionals that manage and execute training; create and administer employee training for operations related topics including compliance, policies, soft skills, and leadership skills Write, simplify, and validate policies and manage the policy change process Identify best practices and performance gaps through data analysis Collaborate with key stakeholders from across the Bank Share findings in PowerPoint presentations with conclusions and recommendations for senior management Responsible for understanding all applicable regulations and guidelines Ensure the timely coordination and completion of projects Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in business or related field 10+ years of relevant experience in an operations environment with advanced understanding of training methodologies and adult learning styles 15% domestic and international travel required to partner operations sites Competent with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results Credit One Bank maintains our various websites (hereinafter referred to as "website") as a service to our customers and visitors in order to provide information about products and services and to facilitate communication with us.
