We're looking for a Vice President-National Event Sales to be part of a growing global Brand Ventures department who is a collaborative professional and possesses the expertise necessary for this role.. You will be responsible for:. Employ existing event booking strategy to maximize revenue and deliver high impact event experiences.. Drive vision to attract large-scale bookings, including media events, film and TV shoots, and entertainment focused activations, high profile installations/exhibits and live entertainment.. Implement outreach sales strategy for current rental spaces in order to garner new clients and increase repeat business and generate new revenue streams.. Manage budget updates for venue sales and work with the EVP of Brand Ventures, the Production & Venue teams and the Finance department on annual and quarterly planning, forecasting, and strategy.. Work collaboratively with the Marketing department, Brand Ventures group and Specialty Leasing to integrate their respective initiatives into the event programming calendar and promote Westfield as a destination.. Responsible for the management and administration of venue contracts and proposals; provide input and feedback, as needed.. Manage the scheduling process for bookings taking place in Westfield's operated venues.. Manage relationships between internal and external clients to ensure exceptional service relating to the rentals of the spaces.. Maintain client relationships after events are booked to ensure that event-related needs, including Production, Front of House, Security, and Catering, are met.. Oversee appropriate B-B marketing strategies including advertising and public-relations plans. Leads in the development of creative campaigns, printed materials, press releases, website and digital marketing assets/channels.. We are looking for a Vice President-National Event Sales with:.
