Information about JPMorgan Chase & Co. is available at ****************************** Our Compliance Function With a diverse team of Compliance professionals supporting all areas of our business around the globe, the team is working diligently to be innovative and present all business partners with thoughtful and unique solutions to the challenges they face. The Compliance function has a robust set of priorities in place focused on best practices and employee development to ensure goals are delivered. This role is part of the global program and project management function for Institutional Trade Surveillance. The function supports trade surveillance across asset classes, including Equities, Futures, Fixed Income, Commodities, FX, and Derivatives. The primary objectives of the role are to liaise with global surveillance management, surveillance technology stakeholders, and other functional groups to support the planning and implementation of the global surveillance program. Responsibilities: * Support collaborative efforts across global, cross-region Surveillance and Technology organizations to define and design new and enhanced surveillances processes and tools * Project manage critical aspects of the surveillance development process, including business requirements, user acceptance testing, and implementation * Project manage regulatory, audit, and other deliverables * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, action item and issue/risk logs, and other project management artifacts * Develop and enhance change management processes and related workflow and documentation * Develop PowerPoint presentations as needed to communicate key messages to varying stakeholder groups Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience * 5+ years of project management or related experience * Strong written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills * Strong organizational and analytical skills and strong attention to detail * Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Strong experience with MS-Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint * Experience and subject matter knowledge relating to trade surveillance and/or trading activity is a plus * Experience with Surveillance systems (e.g., Actimize) is a plus * PMP
