DB USA Core Corporation seeks an Assistant Vice President, Treasury Conduct & Operational in New York, NY to execute internal financial/non-financial risk analysis and design and implement customized risk processes for financial services institution. Requires a Bachelor's degree in any field and three (3) years of experience creating, designing and testing reporting solutions with industry standard reporting tools for a financial institution. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience utilizing sOX (Sarbanes - Oxley Act) to ensure and test control effectiveness for Trade/ payment execution and lifecycles; delivering risk and control strategy; identifying and conducting deep dive analysis of risk patterns or test results; performing Lessons Learned reporting on operational errors or testing cycles; leveraging understanding of regulations including Dodd Frank Act; utilizing knowledge of various payment types including High Value Payments, Swift, ISO, and bulk payments to understand failure reasons and perform investigations; participating in Disaster Recovery testing pursuant to Business Continuity Strategy; performing software testing aligned with Group server roll overs (local/regional); translating business requirements into functional specifications; performing user acceptance tests and business application process automation; and working with capital markets and treasury portfolio.
