Senior Vice President, Business Growth and Development New Business, New York, NY, United States The SVP Growth and Development will be focused on representing and expanding the Hill Holliday Health practice. This is a multi-faceted role within our organization and is directly responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and implementation of strategies that generate leads and ultimately new business opportunities. This leader will work to establish Hill Holliday Health as a major competitor in the Healthcare space, building on the brand and offering and establishing the team in the marketplace. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader with deep relationships in healthcare, pharmaceutical, provider, payer and wellness organizations. The ideal colleague is self-motivated, takes initiative, readily accepts new responsibility and is driven to succeed. The ideal leader will have the ability to demonstrate leadership internally, externally and through the new business pitch process as they present our capabilities. This position will be in NYC or Boston. Responsibilities: * Identify new business opportunities, including projects, outside of our current clients * Develop and maintain prospect list/database, prioritize leads, make warm calls and share information and background on prospective clients * Create and execute marketing programs for Hill Holliday Health to increase awareness of offerings and key differentiators from our competition * Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors to strategically drive new business leads and opportunities * Identify and present Hill Holliday Health value proposition, including opportunities for strategic partnerships within the broader Hill Holliday network * Organize and lead the RFP process, meetings, presentations, internally and externally * Provide strong leadership and collaboration with large fully integrated teams in order to participate in the pitch deck creation process, including cross-office efforts * Build Hill Holliday Health presentations for use with client prospects. Lead development of a library of agency business development assets, capabilities and key case studies * Attend networking events, including conferences and trade shows Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred * Minimum of 15+ years' progressive business development experience in pharmaceutical advertising industry * Business growth experience in a competitive business climate * Established contacts in major pharmaceutical organizations * Professional presentation skills and ability to network with executive and senior leadership * Dynamic and highly self-motivated individual * Ability to travel (trade shows, team meetings, etc.) * Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred * Minimum of 15+ years' progressive business development experience in pharmaceutical advertising industry * Business growth experience in a competitive business climate * Established contacts in major pharmaceutical organizations * Professional presentation skills and ability to network with executive and senior leadership * Dynamic and highly self-motivated individual * Ability to travel (trade shows, team meetings, etc.)
