Manage all vendors and products as it relates to card and payment solutions.. Ensure the efficiency, effectiveness and control of the card fraud system and staff. Includes development of fraud rules and system management in order to maintain a quality purchasing experience by cardholders, yet mitigate fraud losses.. Ensure compliance with laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures applicable to assigned departments and related credit union activities.. Develop and maintain a high level of expertise regarding competitor and industry-related payment systems, products, pricing, practices and trends. Develop recommendations for enhancements as related to the member-experience roadmap.. Analyze current systems and procedures in light of emerging technologies and recommend new systems and/or procedures that improve member service, operational efficiencies or credit union profitability.. Provide regular analysis of financial and portfolio performance of card and other payment products to senior executive management.. Perform market and member related research, as needed, to grow and develop products.. Maintain a current in-depth knowledge of credit card operations, credit union services, Visa guidelines, Regulation Z, Regulation E and Federal regulations that govern payments.. Perform other duties as assigned.. Requirements. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field. Professional designations or advanced courses in product development, technology or project management preferred.. Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Six years of experience in product development, card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, mobile technologies, EMV or related field.. Experience/Skills: Thorough understanding of product development process. Payment experience within a financial institution, card network, Fin-tech, or similar industry experience. Thorough knowledge of business systems and technology concepts with the ability to apply towards solving complex business user's needs. Thorough understanding of PC applications and hardware platforms. Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, presentational and organizational skills required..
