  • Lead market expansion of the West territories, including increasing market share and achieving ARR targets
  • Manage direct reports (7-10 AEs and SDRs)
  • Continual focus to the development and growth of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring, on boarding, coaching and mentoring
  • Conducting weekly pipeline meetings and coaching direct reports on closing opportunities
  • Reports on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
  • Serve as an active member of the leadership team and build strong, collaborative relationships through the Sales, Marketing, Success, Legal, and Partner Development opportunities
  • Contribute to complex negotiations and the closing of business, including appropriate use of senior sales and other company executives to improve results
  • 5+ years of outstanding results in leading SaaS sales teams delivering new customer growth
  • Results-driven coach, mentor and role model who manages and develops best-in-class talent and drives group results through teamwork and individual performance improvement
  • Extensive experience selling SaaS, Mobile/Mar-tech solutions to C/VP-level buyers
  • Demonstrated, proven success in lead generation, prospecting, contract negotiation and closing
  • Proven record of success in a high volume transaction sales environment. Experience selling to the enterprise
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate and close complex contracts
  • Comfortable tackling and successfully resolving situations that are broadly defined, complex, diverse and occasionally unprecedented
  • Proven ability driving process improvements while leveraging strong problem solving and analytical skills.
