Sr. Director of Global Sales Operations professionals within Global Renewals are responsible for everything from consultation, training and awareness programs, through to the architecture and implementation of quality processes and standards. The role of Sr.Director of Global Sales Operations will provide key sales support and services to the Global Renewals Sales team through data analytics, business partnership, and sales enablement. Primary responsibilities include: * Drives over-achievement of global renewals annual operating plan (AOP) in revenue and margin. * Provides consistent, real-time data, reporting, and insights related to sales forecasting, bookings, productivity, and KPI's. * Drives continuous improvement and sales productivity through innovation, new system evaluations, and automation. * Drives key strategic initiatives and supports the development of long-term growth strategies and value added services to meet increased contract renewal profitability objectives. * Develops policies, governance, and projects that include quantitative analysis and recommendations related to emerging industry trends, product and services expansion opportunities including competitive threats, viability of outside business partners, internal business performance and business process improvement. * Establishes global standards and consistency around sales and sales operation approach and processes. * Leads a global team by fostering a customer centric and service mindset and helps develop and mentor teammates towards future opportunities & succession. * Desired skills include: * 8+ years related professional experience in sales operations or equivalent with global company is required. * 5+ years of people / team management experience is required with ability to lead and motivate a team. * Experience in management consulting is a plus. * Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus. * MBA preferred. * Strong communication skills and presence to engage with senior executives. * Strong track record of outstanding performance with increasing levels of responsibility. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong skills in planning, leading, and facilitating meetings. * Proven track record working with all levels of management and across multiple and dynamic functional teams. * Highly motivated, self-starter, organized, independent, analytical, detail oriented; metrics-driven. * Ability to work in a matrix environment.
