Successfully demonstrated the ability to work from a remote location. Working knowledge of maintenance and reporting using a CRM database, specifically SalesLogix. A complete working knowledge of the reverse distribution industry including:. An understanding of pharmaceutical laws impacting the industry. The most pertinent being the laws concerning the destruction of expired goods and the transfer of ownership of controlled substances. Knowledge of all services available to pharmacies. Our Next Pharmer Needs to Have:. At least eight years of successful sales experience, a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience. A Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Experience selling into a multi-state region. Prior knowledge developing and presenting request for proposals and high-level contract negotiations. Proficiency in communicating with a variety of decision makers. Experience documenting activities throughout the sales process in a CRM software suite.
