Purpose:Lead and manage the deployment of standardized LEAN principles throughout all operation sites supporting the achievement of AOP safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and inventory management objectives. Coordinate the deployment of LEAN problem-solving tools in SG&A business processes. Lead the use of KPIs throughout the business providing the foundation for continuous improvement in reducing conversion costs and improving quality. Represents the primary succession planning position to lead the business.. Position Qualifications:. Education Requirements:. Required B.S./B.A. Degree. Masters Degree preferred in Engineering and/or Business. b) Work Experience Requirements:. Minimum of 7 years of manufacturing implementation experience.. Solid working knowledge of manufacturing costs and metrics.. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and 8D root cause corrective action process.. c) Skills / Capabilities Required:.
