  • Hire and train 8 full time sales representatives
  • Develop sales processes and scripts from ground up
  • Set goals and performance plans based on company KPI's and goals
  • Work closely with CEO to develop marketing, automation, and presentations
  • Work closely with CEO to determine necessary software around sales, automation
  • Outbound: ensuring you have a consistent stream of optimal leads to grow client portfolio, with focus on strategic or enterprise partners
  • Inbound: qualifying leads and coordinating RFP responses
  • Prospecting: devising and executing strategies to win target clients
  • Networking: attend conferences and networking events
  • Pitches: work cross-functionally to coordinate successful, best-in-class new business pitches
  • 5+ years of experience of identifying, pursuing, and closing outbound leads in a revenue-based sales position in a fast-paced SaaS-based entrepreneurial start-up or agency environment is required. Automotive industry experience strongly desired
  • 3+ years of management experience is required
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape with an innate ability to work with technical products and sell effectively to blue collar industry
  • Closing experience - with an impressive track record of hitting 6-digit revenue-based sales goals
  • Strong understanding of sales cycle and use of Salesforce
