We are looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer who thrives at being in a pivotal role supporting NEFCU's strategic direction and sales goals. This individual will be responsible for developing, and directing the Marketing teams in the development and execution of a public relations, communications, digital banking, and brand strategy to increase the brand awareness and support of our growth, revenue, and corporate brand objectives. This individual is expected to have high-level of strategic planning in marketing while providing leadership and direction initiatives toward brand and community relations. He/she will be relied upon for strong leadership, communication, public relations, inter-personal, and business development skills. The CMO will be responsible for building and developing the corporate brand which touches customers, influencers, and employees.. This Executive level position will drive the company culture, mission and values throughout their teams and the organization. He/She must create a high-energy, positive, innovate and creative environment to generate ideas and divergent thinking. Responsible for development of strategic plans for areas of oversight.. This is a leadership role and it is therefore essential that the Chief Marketing Officer projects a positive team oriented attitude, is an effective communicator and motivator, and is responsive to the needs of internal and external members. The CMO will build a strong working relationship with the Chief Officers and the CEO in formulating and developing a business strategy in achieving specific goal and objectives.. Education: BA/BS Degree in the field of Communications, Digital Communications, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field of study. MA/MBA is a plus.. Experience: Ten plus years of high-level work experience in strategic planning, marketing development, Management, and Corporate Brand Building (development and implementation).. Branding and PR experience is a must. Experience with Digital and traditional marketing including print adv, direct mail, email marketing, events management, collateral development;. Strategic thinking abilities. CRM expertise. Budgeting experience and correlation to financial statements. Ability to collect, analyze data, make marketing recommendations, and ability to provide ROI and cost/benefit analysis. Ability to multi-task and direct.. Ability to motivate, drive and inspire change. Demonstrated success in driving the creation and implementation of a corporate brand; working alongside executive leadership to support the company's overall strategic direction and amplifying the company brand through marketing and internal/external communication campaigns.
