The HR Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) is a newly established centralized global team responsible for all aspects of data strategy, governance, reporting and analytics for workforce data. Position Overview & Responsibilities: The Client Engagement Lead is an internal client-facing consultative role which reports directly to the HR Chief Data & Analytics Officer. S/he will partner with HR leaders and Business executives in the aligned coverage group on the implementation of HR data and analytics strategy aligned to LOB specific needs and priorities. This strategy will encompass the full range of CDAO topics from application of advanced predictive analytics and machine learning capabilities, to development of key managerial insights that support data based decisions on human capital strategies, to underlying data management issues (i.e. hierarchy structures, standard metric definitions, etc.) that enable the effective use of reporting and analytics. S/He will be a member of the HR CDAO Leadership Team and have significant exposure to senior leadership across Human Resources and with the executive teams in the Corporate Functions and/or Lines of Business covered. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate has a demonstrated interest in workforce data, data governance and analytics subject matters as well as a strong track record of successful client relationship management, project management and communication of technical subject-matter to a variety of senior audiences. Key Responsibilities * Develop client partnerships and a recurring consultative cadence with internal HR Executive and Business clients * Provide an end to end view of the HR data and analytics strategy for the aligned coverage area incorporating LOB specific needs with firmwide and HR-wide data and analytics strategy and products * Partner with clients to identify, scope, and prioritize people-related data and analytics questions for their LOB or HR functional area * Drive engagement with HR CDAO product teams (Reporting, Product Design and Implementation, Advanced Analytics and Data Management and Governance) to deliver on business reporting, data and analytics needs and to deploy new products and services to aligned HR and LOB stakeholders * Conduct periodic data and analytics diagnostics for aligned coverage area including data quality assessments and self-service tool usage and adoption measures * Participate in the development of firmwide HR Data and Analytics strategy and products as part of the HR CDAO Leadership Team and periodically take a leadership role in related firmwide projects Requirements * 10+ years of relevant experience in client relationship management, human resources or analytics including a demonstrated interest in data and analytics topics if prior experience not in analytics * Client Relationship Management - cultivating trusted advisor client relationships * Project Management track record of driving execution through partnerships * Leadership and Executive presence demonstrated credibility as a thought leader and influencer * Communications skills can tell a compelling story with data in just a few key slides * Familiarity with Business Objects, Excel, Power Point (including PitchPro for internal candidates) * Proficiency in statistics and descriptive analytics (distributions, correlations, etc.) and technical competency in Tableau, SQL and Python are a plus
