Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is seeking a Board-Certified Endocrinologist to lead a six-physician member endocrinology group. We are looking for an energetic leader with at least 8 years' experience post fellowship, who can direct and organize all aspects of the practice. The job is suitable for a busy clinician who can efficiently combine his or her full-time practice with leadership responsibilities. These would include, recruiting, practice paradigms, oversight, evaluation of physicians, and strategic planning. The new chief will have primary responsibility for developing the delivery of endocrinology services through "virtual health" (telemedicine). Diabetes educators and dietitians are incorporated into the care team under the direction of the chief.. We offer a highly competitive, productivity-based compensation system. In addition, the Chief receives a quarterly administrative stipend. Paid vacation, malpractice insurance, life insurance, CME allowances are provided.. Responsibilities. The practice is organized with the physicians devoted to an out-patient office with no internal medicine hospital call. Administrative support is robust. This position will be located at Meyerland Plaza with a rotation at Main Campus.. Qualifications. Graduate of an approved training program in the United States. Qualified candidates will be BC in Internal Medicine & BC in Endocrinology.
