Salary: £35,360 per annum (£17.00 per hour) + excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours

Shifts: Days only

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work in beautiful nursing home on the outskirts of Bristol. The home is situated in a pleasant small village on the outskirts of Bristol city centre and is close to public transport and local shops and facilities. This service provides a warm and friendly atmosphere for both the residents and the staff. This bright and homely nursing home boasts a range of outstanding facilities including a hair stylist, chiropodist, dentist and library service. The home also provides a range of traditional home cooked meals for the residents and beautiful lounge areas where they can relax.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes on the outskirts of Bristol. The service has an excellent reputation for the high quality of person centred care that they provide. This service offers nursing care to elderly residents, as well as specialist dementia care. The Home Manager is looking for a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to assist with the smooth running of the home.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is essential for this position.
