Registered Estate Manager

You will manage the estate and estate staff, bring in carers and manage the care delivered in line with CQC requirements.
You will lead and motivate the Care and Support Team and Duty Management Team, ensuring that the best, most consistent care is delivered at all times, and the estate remains a thriving and pleasant environment for people to spend their retirement years.
You will be an experienced Care Manager within elderly care services, ideally having been a registered manager before. You will hold or be working towards the Level 5 care Management qualification, and will have an excellent knowledge of CQC.
