This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead Nurse or a Senior Nurse, seeking a challenging position in a small Nursing Home providing Nursing care and support to people with Learning Disabilities and Complex Care.
We are seeking a genuinely caring, hands-on, individual to join the team and also closely supporting the service manager. You will hold a nursing qualification RGN or RMN or RNLD with current NMC pin and be experience in senior positions delivering high quality Clinical Care in a Care Home or Hospital. Knowledge of CQC and NMC Regulations and Legislations is important, skilled in budgeting and administration and you must have leadership qualities and capable of managing and supporting Nurses and Care/Support workers too.
