Project Coordinator

Annual Salary
Compilation of GO and input of order on SAP (Using mini project creation and

standard Sales Order input), both for new product and order amendments.

Co-ordination of drawings and manuals and dispatching to customer.

Assume responsibility for contract management of all Water Systems commodity

products assigned to them

Ensure timely and correct delivery of all orders.

Manage all correspondence with customers in a timely, professional and courteous


Understand commercial terms and conditions and negotiate changes if necessary.

Monitor contract sales and instigate rectification actions if needed, liaising with

other functions and departments as necessary.

Conduct production reviews with manufacturing sites and respond to any issues

that may arise.

Expedite component shortages. -

Ensure adequate information is available to facilitate dispatch upon readiness, i.e

consigning details, forwarding agent contracts, etc.

Compile and manage project plans as necessary.

Manage adherence to technical standards and customer specifications.

Compile all documentation and certification requirements.

Take responsibility for contract budgets and successful delivery of contracts within


Review contract financial performance at completion.

Maintain contract files including contract correspondence.

Take responsibility for decision making as appropriate, referring to Line Manager

when needed.

Provide cover to other team members when necessary.

Any other duties that could reasonably be expected.

Salary - Competitive

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
