EQUIPMENT VALIDATION MANAGER

A leading pharmaceutical organisation located in Wiltshire are recruiting for an Equipment Validation Manager to join their facility on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the site Validation Head, the core function of the role will be to lead, coordinate and manage the timely delivery of validation activities for Equipment and systems in support of operational activities and GMP regulatory requirements. Managing resources to complete the timely execution of equipment validation protocols and reports. In addition to this, the equipment validation manager would hold Managerial responsibility for both permanent and contractor resources, their development, supervision, training and safety.
In order to be considered, candidates must have a Degree or equivalent qualification in an Engineering or related discipline. Experience in a managerial capacity, in a Validation position within a Pharma / Biotech / Biopharma environment, is essential.
Candidates will be able to manage project financial budgets and coordinate and implement the introduction of new equipment, providing technical expertise regarding standard validation activities. It would be advantageous should the applicant have a background working in a sterile or aseptic environment.
The role is based in Wiltshire and is commutable from Swindon, Bath, Salisbury, Andover, Newbury, Bristol, Southampton and surrounding areas.
