Residential Quantity Surveyor

Our client , a major Nationally acclaimed New Build Home Developer are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in their office in the surrounding area of North London .

Working alongside the Commercial Lead you will be a vital part of the team and be given every opportunity to grow with the company.

An attractive salary between £70,000 and £90,000 is on offer dependant on experience and suitability with package in addition to this.

High End , High Quality , New Homes ensures that the work is varied, challenging and interesting. Our clients are currently undertaking multiple High End , High Rise projects throught the City of London so RC Frame and High Rise experience is an advantage .

You must have a minumum of 8 years experience in Quantity Surveying and must be from a Main Contracting / Developer based background.

This is a full time role based in North London
