Leading Healthcare - Hospitals Company is looking for experienced leaders to join our advisory services business and make a significant impact with healthcare organizations of all types in the transfer of risk and migration of fee-for-service business to value-based payments. The Vice President will be responsible for strategic planning, advisory services and solution design for Leading Healthcare - Hospitals Company Population Health services. Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate on business and market development efforts including scoping prospective engagements, developing proposals, and developing executive level relationships with healthcare clients (payor and provider) Manage and deliver large, complex engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business, clinical and technology solutions within the Population Health Services Organization (PHSO) Coordinate relationship-building activities with Leading Healthcare - Hospitals Company Executives, Engagement Managers, subject-matter professionals and other personnel on engagement team(s) in an effort to help determine they are well advised on the company's point of view and approach Provide leadership to client delivery teams and mentor junior staff Meet specific business relationship goals within assigned accounts as well as further individual/practice subject matter expertise through development of service offerings, thought leadership, and development of our people What We Offer The opportunity to create solutions and be part of an innovative culture with teams that believe we can change the way healthcare is delivered in a market Leadership opportunity in a start-up consulting practice The infrastructure and support from a high-performing health plan and comprehensive population health services provider Desired Skills and Experience Ten-fifteen years experience in relevant areas such as healthcare operations and managed care, project management, business development and associate training/development Clinical and/or care delivery experience, including planning and implementing innovative care (e.g., medical home, accountable care organization) Organizationels Bachelor s degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred Ability to convey how exceptional interpersonal skills have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence and results Demonstrated leadership, client management, and project management skills Served in a leadership capacity within an advisory services firm, having both business and talent development responsibilities
