Sr Engineer, PLM Integration

Fanatics is currently seeking an Engineering Director to lead a new PLM Integration engineering team supporting a vast ecosystem of Ecomm, customized goods and Wholesale merchandise websites. We are looking for a visionary technical leader with domain expertise in the creation of goods in the apparel business; from the bill of materials to SKU to the UPC and finished good who can take our systems to the next level. In this role, you will combine your technical vision with business judgment in making decisions and guiding the teams. You will be the primary owner in building high-performance teams, driving innovation, technology roadmaps and delivery of customer-centric systems. You will be executing in a fast-paced environment, driving for results and continuous improvements to evolve the fan experiences. Successful candidates will be strong leaders who can prioritize well, will be highly quantitative, passionate about customer experience, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivery. The role requires creative engineering balanced with high quality.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 9 years of experience with PLM package 3DEXPERIENCE platform or Enovia V6 package.
  • At least 5 years of experience in configuration and PLM functional, preferably in Apparel domain, Skills in 3DEXPERIENCE platform or Enovia V6 PLM package.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
  • Experience for developing the long-term strategy for technology platforms working closely with executives
  • Responsible for building and managing teams in multiple locations that designs and delivers PLM Customizations and Integrations and
  • Understands how to scope and justify resources and budget needs to senior leaders and finance partners
  • Knows how to effectively operate technology platforms which are highly reliable
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational planning and development, business judgment, technical leadership, and communication skills


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Advanced Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of development management or Director preferred
  • Experience leading small and large organizations (10 - 30+ people)
  • Apparel PLM Experience a must
  • Well-rounded web development experience; experience with Java, integrating to third party APIs, message queues such as RabbitMQ, SQL (any flavor is acceptable)
  • Python, NodeJS, Mongo, AWS, Redshift, React and Go are also used extensively throughout the organization so knowledge of these would be a bonus
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
