The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for driving the sales of Right Management Workforce solutions in a market. The RVP develops a market strategy and aligns a team of sellers to own and achieve profitable growth. Results and Strategy: * Translate NA Sales strategy and priorities into a clear market business plan and expectations for team of sellers that capitalizes on opportunities in market to attain new logos, cross sell and grow legacy clients. * Gather and utilize market data and analysis to inform short-term and long term strategies and forecasting. * Increase profitability through creative solutions, outreach programs and pricing strategies. People Leadership: * Develop, inspire, lead and coach an efficient, consistently high performing and engaged team of sellers. * Provide leadership in market to field, operations, sales support and consultants. * Typical span of control is 5-10 direct employees. Client and Candidate: * Develop strategies and tactics required for direct sales. * Engage with and be visible to clients and prospective clients. * Oversee execution with hands-on coaching of direct reports, involved with clients to drive loyalty and resolve escalations. Thought Leadership: * Engage in spokesperson and social media opportunities that demonstrate our deep knowledge of the World of Work, Career and Talent Management, building our brand and increasing our share of voice. * Ensure our people have the capability to translate our thought leadership into relevant insights and sales wins with clients. Required: * Management: 5 years of successful, progressively responsible sales, business leadership and operational experience * Sales: 7 years of experience selling, forecasting and pricing a professional solution and / or service * Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Nice to Have: * P&L: Ownership / management experience * Marketing: 3 years of developing and executing a value proposition and determining a go-to-market approach
