Capita Intelligent Communications (CICS) have expanded their scanning, storage and mailroom operation in Darlington. As the operation continues to grow it is vital that CICS continue to deliver the high level of service expected by our customers. In order to achieve this and assist in the smooth running of the business an opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join the operations.
What you will do:
Have full awareness and understanding of specifications and SLAs for each client
Identify potential operational issues and contribute to finding solutions
Effectively review, prioritise and manage workflow and resource planning within the team to fulfil SLA requirements. Distribute and delegate tasks across the team taking appropriate skill sets of staff into consideration
Promote sound health, safety and Environmental practices ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation
Take responsibility for fault logging / engineer and managerial liaison
Oversee data capture and scanning processes. Ensure that all incoming documentation is suitably prepared for scanning/captured and that staff are completing adequate levels of quality assurance
Actively contribute to client visits demonstrating operational processes and service delivery to existing clients
Plan, roll out and contribute to appraisal process, objective setting and annual appraisal sessions
Your experience and skills will include:
Demonstrable experience supervising / managing a team to achieve SLA's
Ability to communicate confidently with internal and external customers
Able to identify potential operational issues and put preventative or remedial measures in place
Understanding the importance of adherence to SLA's
Good communication skills and the ability to generate a positive team spirit.
Ability to work well under pressure;
Flexible, enthusiastic and committed;
Strong will and focus to achieve.
