My client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Support Managerto join the team located in Fawley. The successful candidate will work as an integral part of the site management team to deliver compliance, client controls and regulatory requirements along with planning and administrative support for the wider site operation.

Role Summary:

Uphold and actively support the client on safety requirements

*

Actively enage in a positive safety culture

*

Champion the client LPS Loss Management System

*

Engage with direct reports to plan and maintain an effective development program taking into account personal and business needs

*

Day to day supervision of direct reports

*

Operational accountability for maintaining a document management process to support and evidence compliance with company and regulatory requirements

*

Accountability for compliance with client business and financial controls requirements

*

Accountability for a delivery of records management and archiving services in accordance with client requirments and procedures

*

Accountable for planning and scheduling all planned preventative maintenance and reactive work orders to ensure compliance with account KPI's and associated measurements linked to eMerge reporting programs

*

Responsible for effectively routing all eMerge requests routed to the appropriate supervisor or manager for onward work and timely closure as required by KPI's

Experience Required:

*

Full driving licence

*

Health and Safety qualification

*

IOSH minimum, NEBOSH certificate (preferred) with willingness to undertake additional training if required

*

Familiarity with client CMMS operation

*

Experience of working in a highly regulated industrial environment

*

Previous supervisory or managerial experience

*

Demonstrates integrity and respect for others while in a variety of different working environments

*

Courteous and polite manner

*

Ability to work in a team

*

Take responsibility and be accountable for own work

*

Good interpersonal attributes

*

Ability to offer coaching and mentoring
