Installation Centre Manager

As the Installation Centre Manager you will be responsible for running the depot, ensuring that installation volumes, health and safety, the financial performance and all customer engagement is managed effectively and in-keeping with company policies and procedures. You will be expected to achieve this through the successful management of your team, making sure that all operations are planned, resourced and communicated effectively and that all reporting is carried out in a timely manner.
You should be an accomplished operational manager, ideally with experience of running a high volume and fast paced installation business. As well as good decision making, leadership and planning skills, the successful person will ideally have a Health and Safety Qualification and must be committed to driving excellent levels of customer service within your branch.
The role will be based from your depot in North London with occasional travel to Head Office to attend management reviews. You will be joining a household name within the Home Improvement Industry in a role that is integral to their continued success.
