-Oversee and own entire Wholesale 100M large specialty door relationship from strategy to execution. -Utilize and grow personal relationships with Buyers to open doors and expand the brand footprint. -Manage key customer relationships and negotiate strategic develops. -Analyze and react to current sales trends. -Maintain rolling sales forecasts and partner closely with planning, merchandising and marketing strategy for US wholesale division. -Provide expertise and clear direction for the growth of Wholesale Sales within the brand. -Work closely with Marketing team to ensure messaging and content is appropriate per channel and account and maximize sell-through. -Partner with Merchandising team to give input and direction on product assortment per account. -Working with demand planning to ensure proper penetration and inventory levels. Requirements:. -10+ years of Wholesale Sales experience, ideally with a Cosmetics, Skincare or Beauty brand. -Experience/Relationships with wholesale doors such as Sephora and Ulta. -Ability to lead, drive a business and provide expertise but also be a team player.
