Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working on an exclusive basis with a key client in the Leeds area as they look to recruit a Payroll Supervisor on a full time, permanent basis.

This is newly created position within the business and would be an ideal role for someone who has strong experience in processing high volume, weekly and monthly payroll and is looking to take that next step within their career.

Duties of the Payroll Supervisor will include:

- Processing weekly and monthly payroll
- Assisting the Payroll Manager when required
- Ensuring that payroll processes are consistent
- Processing timesheets, overtime, expense forms and any further payroll documentation
- Monitoring all emails/calls within the department
- Standing in for the Payroll Manager when required

Experience required:

- Extensive knowledge and practical experience of payroll
- Ability to communicate with employees/clients at all levels
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
- Strong people skills including ability to coach and influence others
