FP&A Finance Manager, Oxford

The Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team in Oxford to be a part of our team of 5 and report to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.

The role will require you to manage the production of monthly financial results ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements and drilling down on the detail to provide insightful analysis on variances. You will be required to manage the production of budgets and forecasts, produce and report on cash flow forecasts, together with variance analysis and supporting the internal and external auditing processes.

You will complete this for your own business unit so will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders, both internally and externally, including our parent company Ferrovial Services. You'll be required to input data into a monthly presentation for members of the Executive Board, so will require a high level of attention to detail. You will be heavily involved in the management of the IFRS15 policy and review the WIP ensuring that IFRS15 is being applied.

We're looking for someone who:

* Is a CIMA/ACCA qualified accountant with broad post qualification experience in a similar role

* Has a strong background in planning and analysis

* Has extensive experience of month end close procedures

* Has working knowledge of all SAP (or similar) finance processes

* Is extremely competent in Microsoft Excel

* Has strong analytical skills and an interest in drilling down to details

* Has excellent attention to detail
