This is a great opportunity to work as an Agresso Accounts Software Support Executive within the IT Department of this global advertising company.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with good Agresso and Accounts knowledge to support their internal teams. Full training will be given, but existing Agresso knowledge will be of great benefit. Maybe you have been a super-user of Agresso within a finance role and would welcome this opportunity to widen your skills further in this area?
In this role you will effectively be the interface between the users in different departments and we would be looking for you to proactively assist users in effective use of the software.
Responsibilities will include:
Updating self-help documents so employees can try to fix problems themselves
Supporting the roll-out of new applications or updates
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with all departments
