PQE REQUIRED: 4+ years PQE
Due to expansion an opportunity has arisen for an experienced and talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join a thriving practice. Covering the broad spectrum of commercial property law, the newly appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be expected to provide advice on leases, landlord and tenant matters, licenses and the buying and selling of commercial properties whether it is pubs, restaurants and shops. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be able to come in and hit the ground running managing their own caseload of files as well as play a key role in the development of the firm.
To be considered for the role of Commercial Property Solicitor you will have a minimum of 4 years PQE in covering the full remit of commercial property transactions. This position would suit ambitious Commercial Property Solicitors who is looking for the next step in their career.
