•Working to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and play a part in their improvement.
•Assembly of company modules (Cutting material to size, sealing, attaching electrical connections, laminating, applying bar code label and testing).
•Adhere to quality procedures as in process instructions and process records.
•Follow Batch orders & monitor work practices to ensure that product is produced to agreed specifications.
•Ensure continuous production is maintained where possible.
•Input data into computer systems to record products.
•Participate in the setup of future production lines and procedures.
•Fix minor issues that may arise with the production line and trouble-shooting when production issues occur.
•Participate in team meetings and suggest improvements to process.
•Provide assistance to the Technical Team and any member of the Team as and when required
Training & Development:
•Highlight your training requirements at all times.
•Understand the company's product and its intention.
•Play an important part in product development
•Be the main driver of your own development of technical knowledge and understanding of the makeup of company's product portfolio.
•Attend training courses as specified by the Company.
Health & Safety:
•Operate equipment and machinery in accordance with instructions and always in a safe manner.
•Work in accordance with all Health and Safety procedures at all times.

•NVQ (or similar) in Performing Manufacturing Operations
