The Role: As a new business sales person focussing on Audio Visual Solutions, you'll be joining a top performing sales team with long tenure and good earnings. There's a lot of upsides and very few downsides- they're part of a massive conglomerate, the office is buzzing and you've got lots to run at. Role information for the New Business Sales- Audio Visual Solutions :
* New business sales but lots of inbound leads and support from marketing.
* 90% focus on schools and colleges (Focussing on Multi- academy trusts as well as independent schools).
* 10% focussed on commercial/ corporate businesses.
* Working from the office 1 or 2 days a week, client facing the remaining time.
* Selling interactive classroom technology but also cross selling managed services, hosting, Office 365.
Requirements for the New Business Sales- Audio Visual Solutions role:
* New Business Sales background.
* Client facing- managed a territory.
* Technology/ AV/ Hardware or sold to schools.
* Characteristics: Broad shoulders, thick skin, can take the banter.
The Package for New Business Sales- Audio Visual Solutions role:
* Basic: £30-35k.
* Bonus / OTE: £60k, accelerators.
* Car: Fully expensed BMW.
