£35000-£40000 basic salary + £80k OTE + Benefits inc.
Growing IT Security, Networks and Managed Services company who sells a wide range of products and solutions are looking for a Private Sector Business Development Managers to get involved in business development as well as looking after key accounts. The role will deal with SME's and Large Corporate level organisations covering the Midlands and South-West areas of England and will give you great flexibility to create the role to suit your skills.
To apply for this position Business Development Managers will need a proven track record in IT Solutions within a hybrid role covering internal and field sales where you must also show extensive Private sector knowledge selling across IT Cyber Security and/or Networking Solutions - CISCO experience will be of special interest. You will need to be sales focused and demonstrate experience carrying a sales target in excess of £20k Gross Profit per month.
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience in the IT Solutions market and have worked for either a systems integrator, MSP or a reseller in a new business development role. The role will allow you to work on-site in their Gloucestershire offices as well as on client-sites to build and close business. It is essential all candidates have a proven track record in business development, as individuals will be expected to build an account base from scratch with support of marketing leads, internal lead generators and sales support individuals.
Our client is prepared to offer a £35k-£40k basic salary (dependant on experience) and targets will be staggered. You can expect in your first year to be able to earn over £80K which will also be uncapped as well a have access to a Corporate Benefits Package.
