Bluestones Medical are currently seeking a Driven and Professional Consultant for our Newport Office. You will want to run your own desk and grow it to become the number one provider of Nurses and Support staff to the Private sector in Wales and Bristol. If you are currently in a position where you feel restricted, then we want to hear from you, we want people who want to push themselves to be the best.

Bluestones Medical is a reputable Healthcare agency with 3 branches across the UK. We supply to the NHS and large organisations such as Nuffield, Spire, Four Seasons, Barchester and many more. We are a leading supplier to the All Wales Framework as well as the H.T.E Framework. Our growth has been extremely rapid over the last 8 years with the business now operating at a £17Million Turnover. 2019 is the year of expansion and further aggressive growth for us with new team members required in our offices and new branches being opened across the country to better service our existing clients and to bring us to new ones.
BluestonesMedical's South Wales office has been operating for a year now with great success and growth. Currently, the branch has just 2 consultants looking after the NHS business, but now we need a driven and determined individual to inject enthusiasm and determination to our warm private healthcare desk. This temporary desk currently has some large scale clients but needs a real focus and ownership in order for it to grow in a way it deserves.
We are looking for someone who is hungry to succeed, with past experience of working for a Health and Social Care agency. The successful individual will be a self-starter who can motivate themselves to reach targets and take real ownership and responsibility for their desk. With a great basic salary and an industry leading commission structure, you will be well rewarded for your hard work. You will also be an integral part of the future development of the desk with this role developing into a management position as we add more team members to cope with demand on this desk. You will ideally come from a competitor of ours and can hit the ground running. You must have excellent experience with Business Development, candidate resourcing, placing temps and growing a private healthcare desk within the care home sector.

Most major functions like compliance, accounts, marketing, HR etc are centralised, which leaves our branches free to focus on what matters - like bookings and gaining new clients!
