Electrical Design Engineer

This dynamic practice has been developing over the last few years in terms of size and service offering to be fully BIM ready and able to offer complete thermal models as opposed to shipping the work out to external partners.
As part of their expansion, they are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer (as well as a Mechanical Design Engineer at the same level) with a focus on building services to join their team and engage upon a range of projects within the commercial, industrial and leisure sectors.
You should have a minimum of HNC qualification in building services engineering or a related subject and have worked within either a design consultancy, end user or contracting organisation gaining specific building services design experience to the point that you have at least basic knowledge and had chance to be involved with specification writing, design calculations and on site visits.
Ideally you will be degree qualified (possibly Chartered, or on the way to being) and be a more experienced Engineer who is comfortable taking on schemes and working them through to completion. If that is you, there is an opportunity that will allow you to progress through to Senior Engineer and Associate level over the next five years.
The office has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere while being located far enough out of the city centre to still be well connected, but also offer free parking.
Your package will include a pension, tax friendly benefits such as cycle to work and childcare vouchers plus professional memberships paid.
