After 12 months of being an Interior Architect, expect strong career progression and project management.
As the projects are large, hospitality experience is desirable but high-end residential is essential. My client needs a person with a strong architectural background, who understands the industry inside-out.
Not to mention that you will be working in a friendly environment with passionate individuals. The interior architects and FF&Es designers are in separate teams but work closely together on the success of a project. With the office based in London, having around 25-30 strong creative persons, that enables maxim opportunity to network with other people and really develop fast. My client, the highly-profiled director, personally works with the vast amount of projects which will give you a strong opportunity to learn from the very best in the industry.
The Interior Architect salary ranges from £32,000 to £40,000, based on experience, with the potential for bonuses based on performance. Furthermore, growth in the company is strongly promoted. Definitely a company with seamless opportunities. However, as you can imagine, this opportunity is very competitive and my client isnt looking for average people.
