Due to continue success and growth they are looking for a new Digital Marketing Manager for EMEA
Work collaboratively to identify appropriate digital marketing programs and execute against the resulting plans.
Manage the relationship with the external media buying agency to ensure effective digital programs across the EMEA region - including always-on, content syndication, cost per lead programs, programmatic/display advertising, paid social and look'a'like/re-targeting activities
Work closely with the US team and the global agency to ensure the most effective SEO and Adwords strategy for the EMEA region
Work closely with the US team to ensure local contribution to the Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter accounts
Implement and manage email marketing and nurture programs specific to the EMEA region
Constantly measure the results, report back to the team and adjust accordingly
Manage all the logistics to run a successful digital program from start to finish
Interact with internal teams but also collaborate with the US teams as needed to deliver against objectives
Undertake vendor negotiations and organise suppliers
Budget management to maintain projects within budget and report back on costs and ROI
Actively research, learn and incorporates new means and methods whenever and wherever possible to improve marketing processes
Initiate recommendations to improve marketing and digital processes to increase overall efficiencies
3-5 years of experience at a media / digital buying agency or within a digital marketing position
SEO and Adwords experience is desirable
Confident in leading and managing multiple projects
Attention to detail, organisational skills, excellent communication, creative problem solving skills and innovative thinking
Experience in using Adwords, Analytics, (url removed), Marketo and Netsuite would be desirable
The role requires to have
flexibility for travel and on occasion to work outside of normal business hours
as needed with East/West US times a factor
The successful Digital Marketing Manager will have a proven track record, i.e 3-5 years of experience at a media / digital buying agency or within a digital marketing position an interest a passion for working within Cyber-Security and exposure with Marketo and Netsuite.
The rols is based very centrally in Reading and is a 5-10 minute walk from Reading train station, many of the current team travel in from Reading, Bracknell, Oxford, Swindon, Slough, Maidenhead and from around Berkshire, Bucks, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire.
There will be some flexibility working from home but will predominatly be based in the Reading office with some travel (likely to be to Head Office in the US for on-boarding and at least an annual visit) and will involve some flexibility of hours when working with North America although direct reporting line is into the Marketing Manager within the Reading office
