As Marketing Executive, you will support the programme managers in delivering B2B marketing plans that help deliver programme business targets by ensuring effective communication between the company and its internal and external audiences. You will focus on stimulating behavioural change and measuring communications outcomes, as well as delivering existing B2B campaigns and working closely with a range of international project partners. This is full time, permanent position.

What will I be doing?

Marketing Communications

* Working with the programme and project leads to develop and deliver an audience-facing marketing plan for all allocated projects; including research; segmentation /targeting /positioning; channels; tactics; impact metrics; timeline and budget
* Developing a comprehensive understanding of organisational audiences through audience research
* Integrating with internal programme teams and projects to understand and set clear objectives and priorities; allowing you to provide expert guidance on strategic marketing initiatives - ensuring timely delivery of plans, within budget and to required standards/brand guidelines
* Designing and implementing high quality communications, briefing and managing framework agencies where appropriate
* Working with key external partners, including other government departments and bodies, to deliver co-ordinated activities with maximum impact
* Evaluating these activities to ensure value for money and that measurable behavioural change with the target audience can be demonstrated
* Working closely with the Marketing and PR Team Manager to undertake other work within the Marketing Team as required

Campaign Co-ordination:

* Manage the communication and dissemination of an existing B2B campaign working closely with a variety of project partners across the EU
* Ensure delivery of agreed communications activities and outputs, on time and to budget
* Ensure company insights, materials and knowledge are shared with appropriate partners where possible
* Promoting key strategic partnerships and provide 'hands on' advice, training and support to selected partners to help them meet campaign objectives
* Developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships required to successfully deliver projects, partnership initiatives and direct campaign delivery

Measure: the skills I need…

* Demonstrable evidence of working within a marketing role or department, with experience of design, digital, copywriting, PR, delivery and critical review of a range of marketing materials
* An understanding of the strategy and tactics required to deliver communication & marketing campaigns
* Evidence of delivering consistent marketing outputs which follow brand guidelines and support key messages and targets
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
* Evidence of working with a range of teams, accounts, or projects at the same time, to deliver clarity and coherence of an organisation's core message
* Evidence of working with external partners and suppliers, including briefing and managing agencies, to deliver quality work to time and on budget
* Demonstrable evidence of managing social media campaigns
* Excellent project management and reporting skills
