(Junior) Brand Manager (m/f/d)

Unser Klient ist ein erfolgreicher Produzent von Sport- und Unterhaltungs-Sammelkollektionen mit einer breitgefächerten Produktpalette die von Sport, insbesondere Fußball, über Star Wars bis hin zu Disney reicht. Global aufgestellt und lokal agierend, werden mit maßgeschneiderten Produkten die jeweiligen Märkte bedient. Um den andauernden Erfolg des deutschen Marktes weiter zu fördern, will das lokale Office expandieren und sucht daher Verstärkung im Brand Management. Aufgrund der globalen Integration sind fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse zwingend.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Role

The Brand Manager is responsible for the profit and loss of the football product line. He/she determines the product portfolio and ensures products are high-quality, delivered on-time and within budget.

Create the yearly product release plan Create the forecast of sales volume with sales team and profitability targets with fi­nance team Define the composition for each product and lead a global cross-functional product development team to achieve product development objectives Deliver the forecasted revenue and profit within the approved budget Work with league partners to ensure rights are acquired as needed to maximize product profitability Act as a point of contact for the licensor ensuring that all product adheres to the brand guidelines of the licensor Interact with consumers, retailers, and distributors to understand their desires and the drivers of product purchase behavior Prepare presentations for line reviews, customer meetings and corporate reviews

Junior Role

Assist Brand Manager
in creating the yearly product release plan for team's trading card and sticker publications on creation of product descriptions and ensure deadlines are met in providing direction to marketing on product promotion Work with global project management team to ensure production deadlines are met Partner with creative team to assist in the review and approval of designs for each brand Skills & Competencies

Senior Role

At least three years brand or product management experience Proven ability to multi-task, juggle multiple projects and effectively determine priorities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and oral Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to think creatively and strategically while also being able to execute flawlessly

Junior Role

1-2 years brand or product management experience Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong computer skills - Word, PowerPoint and Excel essential Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and oral Excellent writing skills and a flair for producing creative copy Miscellaneous Comprehensive knowledge of German Bundesliga and UEFA Champions League teams and players, both current and historical Strong computer skills - Word, PowerPoint and Excel essential Understanding and knowledge of latest consumer trends, especially for children Solid business and product development background Consumer products or collectables experience preferred Bachelor's Degree Fluency in German Location: Frankfurt, Germany
