Due to company relocation we are delighted to be recruiting an Inbound Sales Advisor / Sales Administrator for a luxury retail brand based in NG9. Currently servicing 180 stockists in the UK and Europe along with recently signed distributors in Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
Exciting growth plans including launching a new range of outdoor products that will be sold via their own e-commerce and third party e-commerce sites such as Wayfair and John Lewis Online! As this is a new office for the high end brand, you will working along side a new and vibrant sale's team with a passionate manager leading by example. With celebrity endorsement's these are products and a brand to be proud of!
As the Inbound Sales Advisor / Sales Administrator you will:
·Providing the highest possible level of customer service to the company's partner retailers in the UK and Internationally
·Ability to deal with difficult situations including complaints whilst maintain a high standard of customer service
·Managing and developing a portfolio of existing accounts, effectively maintaining profitability
·Pro-actively identify and target new accounts & dealing with incoming queries
·Working closely with and supporting the external sales team
·Administration of sales orders/quotations, ensuring customer delivery dates are met
·Be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
·Ability to be cool under pressure
·Have proven experience of being in a similar role
