Senior Customer focused role within this large aerospace precision engineering company. As the key point of contact for customers you will build relationships and troubleshoot any issues to ensure customer satisfaction. You should have an in-depth understanding of aerospace precision engineering and proven customer account management skills.
The responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager include:
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and personnel.
Conducting reviews and liaising with customers to confirm they're satisfied.
Identifying potential sales opportunities.
Prioritising and resolving disputes and concerns of the clients.
Observing and reporting on company performance and identifying any issues.
You should have previous experience managing key accounts; strong understanding of the aerospace manufacturing industry and precision engineering coupled with impressive interpersonal and communication skills.
