This dynamic position within the Card Digital Analytics team will lead analytics efforts to grow new card acquisitions & exsting customer engagement on key digital marketing channels like Chase.Com, Chase's Mobile App, Search, Affiliates. The candidate will interface closely with cross-functional strategy teams to set marketing KPIs, help develop strategic roadmaps to achieve these KPIs and lead the tracking & reporting in these channels. This is a high exposure role that offers frequent opportunities to work directly with heads of Chase card general managers & card centers of excellence. The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong background in digital analytics. Key responsibilities include: •Own strategy analytics for key digital channels to grow new card acquisitions & existing customer engagement•Provide strategic thought leadership and pro-actively identify new opportunities to grow in partnership with cross-functional teams•Perform reporting functions for digital campaigns for use in decision making, including card's testing agenda•Identify & execute on automation opportunities via excel/tableau dashboards for key stakeholders•Guiding and mentoring analysts on the team Qualifications •Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as business, finance, economics, engineering, or mathematics. •5+ years of digital analytics and strategy experience within digital channel(s) i.e. owned site, search, affiliates etc., preferably in financial services. •Proven experience analyzing digital data to provide strategic recommendations on digital marketing initiatives •Expert at using reporting and dashboard tools such as Tableau, Adobe Insights suite, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel •Demonstrated experience in analyzing voluminous data from Raw sources •Hands-on experience with SAS/SQL or Equivalent, experience with big data technologies like Hadoop preferred Not ready to apply?
